Tickets £15 - the usual challenging questions and delicious home-cooked food.

Saturday 21 March, afternoon tea, 2.30-4.30pm -
As part of National Village Halls Week (16-22 March), which celebrates the communities served by, and the volunteers involved with, village halls, the Reading Room will be hosting a complimentary tea for all residents. Any offers of baked goods to serve on the day would be gratefully received. 

Friday 19 June, 7.30pm - Concert by Former ELO 2 star and
frontman Phil Bates, 
tickets £15.  Having lived rurally near Hay-on-Wye
for many years, Phil knows first hand the vital role village halls play in the cultural life of many communities. In 2025, he therefore decided to
undertake a solo UK village halls tour – so successful, he's continuing in 2026! The experienced performer will be playing a popular mix of ELO
hits, Beatles songs and his own work.
